Shipping

Engraving an item will add an estimated five to seven days to your shipping times. Engraved items ordered with expedited shipping will ship using the expedited service in 7-10 days. Plan ahead if you want to engrave one of your items.

FedEx is our preferred shipping partner and Standard Ground our shipping option. We can not guarantee that all orders will be shipped this way. We are currently limiting shipments to only domestic addresses at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Order Processing:<\\\/h3>\\n

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.<\\\/strong> All Next Day Air orders placed after 10 AM PST will go out the following business day.<\\\/p>\\n

Orders placed before 10 AM PST with UPS Next Day delivery will arrive the following business day.<\\\/p>\\n

Orders are generally not processed after 2pm Pacific Time and in no case after 5pm PST, orders received after those times will normally be processed the following business day.<\\\/p>\\n

SOG does not ship on weekends. Make sure you place your order accordingly. <\\\/strong><\\\/p>\\n

Shipments to Canada may be delayed at the Border. This is beyond the control of either SOG or UPS, and as such we do not guarantee arrival of expedited orders within any specified time period, nor are we responsible for delays caused by weather. International shipments, including Canada, may have additional duties or fees for which SOG is not responsible.
